At IZIPARTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Electrical or electronic auto parts that have been installed or used.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Downloadable software or digital items.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
Returns Process
To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Certain items may only qualify for partial refunds, such as:
- Items showing clear signs of use.
- Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If rejected, we will explain the reason and may offer store credit instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@iziparts.fr and send your product to Our Address.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to Our Address.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
